When I was 16, I read about online businesses and wished to start my own, although I didn’t have a laptop back then, so I asked my father and he said that “facilities are earned not given” I sat down to thought about this and started planning How would I do this? What are the basic requirements? etc. Explore the online world. Later in 2022 I created my website and started my blog on the 20th of December and just within two days I posted my first blog. As of 2023, I am planning for an SMMA Agency and more.
When I was a kid, I love reading Ruskin Bond and The Adventures of Tom Swayer by Mark Twain. Once I wondered why not write my book but in my teenage years this thought just disappeared. Then the “COVID BREAKDOWN” happened, I started writing poems because of my English teacher who taught me Robert Frost’s The Road Not Taken in 9th grade. Then I started learning about rhyme schemes, smilies, and metaphors. This brought back my thought of being an author and on the 19th of December 2022, I started writing my book.

My childhood is associated with The Adventures of Tom Sawyer so it mean so much to me. I was just 11when my uncle gifted me the book.
The Road Not Taken taught me pretty much everything I knew about poems back then. Even listening to Hip Hop helped me to understand the rhyme schemes, it may sound absurd but trust me understanding the bars and the rhyme schemes does help a lot.

Now let’s talk about my book, it’s my first book, and I’m self-publishing it. Since I have a keen interest in writing poems I am writing a poetry book something like Rupi Kaur’s Milk and Honey, my special regards to her for inspiring me, even though I’ve not read it. Although I’ve designed the cover on my own and there are more challenges that I have to face but I’ll notify you once the book is published. For now, I’ll attach my cover which I’ve designed using Adobe Photoshop and Canva. I’ve designed my book by myself and I’m attaching the cover design below if you all liked it let me know in the comments.
📌Ways in which you can achieve a goal
1. Stop making excuses
“Excuses are your biggest enemies”
Do yourself a favor and slaughter your excuses, there will be times when you feel like doing nothing and that’s the time when should do more work. No one cares about you, nobody cares about how you feel and what you feel so, just get the job done. Trust me in the end it’s just you standing by your side, all those friends with whom you hang out will not help you, no one will, not even your parents.
Your parents are gonna leave you at some point their job is to make you aware that we are in the middle of a war. Now you have to decide whether you’ll fight to make your parents proud and leave a legacy behind or you’ll die being a slave of the enemy, I bet that’s something your parents would never want. Never back down you’re a warrior and keep fighting.
2. Pick a goal with a purpose
It’s not as easy as sounds but pick a goal that gives you the motivation to do it, like something that drives you even when you don’t want to do it more like a purpose to complete it. The purpose is motivation and motivation is hunger, what I mean by this is purpose gives you motivation and motivation is the hunger of achieving something. I’ll also say if you picked up a goal and wanted to complete it, then just complete it even when you are not motivated, and be disciplined. Well, I’m not saying I am a very disciplined guy but, I am more disciplined than you that’s why it is published every Friday and youre reading it.
Challenges in life are the greatest teaching. So, put yourself out there and face the world. Put yourself in the spot where you always find yourself learning new things, don’t fall for bookish love, my friend. “Seek learning, not knowledge” what I mean is learning gives you the gift of wisdom and wisdom eventually gives you knowledge. You need to have that “child enthusiasm” for every new thing you see.
4. Track Your Progress
What’s the point of doing something with the illusion of doing it, you can’t progress if you don’t track it. The best way to track progress and which I do personally is to make a checklist and tick it every single time I’ve moved a step further.
This attached picture is of my academic checklist which I’ve made to revise the topics of biology a bit old fashioned i know but it motivates me. Let me know if this worked for you in my comment section, wish you my best.
5. Set a deadline
Let’s assume everything is going fine till now but what if I say you don’t have your whole life to stick to just one goal, after doing everything I’ve mentioned earlier, what you need to do now is to set a deadline for that goal. The deadline does depend on the type of goal but you should have the spirit to finish it in just one day. If you’ll implement this trust me you’re going to overwork everyone.
6. Have faith in yourself
No God resides in temples or churches, it’s the faith that we believe in. It works the same for everything, you will not get to do anything until you believe you’re going to do it.
